Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SapuSEO (the "Service"), operated at app.sapuseo.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorised access.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly and annual billing options.
  • New accounts may start with a 7-day trial for RM 2, which is billed immediately and is non-refundable.
  • We accept payment by credit or debit card only. All card payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor.
  • All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions paid upfront are non-refundable, but you retain access until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or excessively query the Service beyond your plan's daily quotas
  • Share your account credentials with users outside your team seat allocation
  • Resell or redistribute the Service or data obtained from it without authorisation

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of SapuSEO. Keyword data, search volume metrics, and rank tracking results provided by the Service are licensed to you for your internal use only. You may export data via CSV for your own analysis and client reporting.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SapuSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
