You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Service Description

Sapuseo provides SEO-related tools such as keyword tracking, keyword research, and related analytics. Features may change over time and may vary by plan.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
• Interfere with the Service's stability, integrity, or performance.
• Resell, sublicense, or exploit the Service outside permitted use.
• Use automated means to abuse or overload the platform.
• Submit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.

4. Customer Data and Content

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have rights to submit your data and that your data does not violate laws or third-party rights.

5. Fees, Subscriptions, and Trials

• Paid features may require an active subscription.
• Fees are billed in advance on the billing cycle shown at checkout.
• Trials and promotional offers may have separate terms and may be changed or withdrawn.
• You authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (for example, authentication, payment, analytics, and data providers). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies, and we are not responsible for those third-party services.

SEO outcomes, search rankings, and traffic results are influenced by many external factors. We do not guarantee specific ranking or business outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sapuseo and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Sapuseo for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sapuseo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Sapuseo operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protections under applicable law remain unaffected.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
